Returns

We make returns easy. Choose from one of the two ways to return your products.


I. Request a return online

1. Request your return

Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request.

2. Box up your products

Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or call us at (number)or email us. if you no longer have it.

3. Hand over your return

Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt when they do.

4. Receive your refund

We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card or bank account E-wallet in 4-15 days. If you’ve paid by cash, you will be asked to fill out your bank IBAN to transfer the amount.

II. Call (number) to schedule a pick up

1. Call for a pick-up

Call us at (number) or the carrier. If you call Beitcom, you will receive an email confirmation, following which you will be contacted by the carrier.

2. Box up your products

Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging or call us at (number)‎ if you no longer have it.

3. Hand over your return

Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt when they do.

4. Receive your refund

We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card or bank account or E-wallet or gift card in 4-15 days. If you’ve paid by cash, you can opt either for a transfer to your bank account, or E-wallet.
